A certificate created for the transaction
Adacom One-Shot brings digital signatures to recipients who have not arranged an ADACOM digital identity in advance. The method creates a digital certificate for the individual transaction. Its defining feature is this on-demand issuance: the recipient can complete the relevant identity checks as part of the signing journey instead of first maintaining a reusable signing identity.
This makes One-Shot a distinct choice within ADACOM's services. A transaction-specific certificate supports the current approval; it should not be treated as a credential already available for unrelated future documents.
ADACOM's identity and trust services
ADACOM supplies qualified certificates for individuals, remote signatures, identity verification and time-stamping, alongside its public-key infrastructure and cybersecurity services. Identity verification establishes who is requesting the certificate, and the certificate supports the resulting electronic signature. Nota Sign supports the One-Shot qualified electronic signature (QES) method within the eIDAS framework. The specific method and transaction determine the signing process; ADACOM's wider product portfolio does not add extra steps to this document request.

Read the signing request and be ready to complete the identity checks presented for One-Shot. You do not need a pre-existing ADACOM digital ID. Follow the identification instructions supplied in the transaction, as these establish the information used for the certificate.

Review the document in Nota Sign and fill in the required fields. Continue with Adacom One-Shot, complete the requested identity verification and authorize the signature. ADACOM issues the one-time certificate for that transaction, and you complete the document-signing journey in Nota Sign. Document review and completion remain part of the same Nota Sign workflow.
