Cloud digital signatures with B-Trust Mobile

BORICA's B-Trust Mobile lets a person manage a cloud qualified electronic signature through a phone or tablet. The signing credential is held on a protected server platform, while the mobile app provides remote access and authorization. An internet connection and the activated app are central to using this method.

B-Trust connects that signing credential to a verified individual. Receiving a document and granting permission to sign it are separate actions: the approval must come from the person using the B-Trust identity.

Activate the mobile signing identity

BORICA's published setup process begins with installing B-Trust Mobile, creating an app login password and accepting the service terms. The user then requests a cloud-signature certificate, validates an email address and phone number, and completes an identity-document check with facial recognition. A signing PIN and the approval of activation documents complete the described preparation.

These are B-Trust enrollment requirements. Prepare the identity before using it to approve a Nota Sign document, and retain access to the registered device. BORICA describes two-factor authentication as part of its mobile service.

Qualified electronic signing in Nota Sign

Nota Sign supports BORICA B-Trust qualified electronic signatures (QES) under the eIDAS framework. B-Trust provides the certificate and authorization service for the signature; Nota Sign provides the document workflow in which the approval is requested.

Open the Nota Sign request, read the document and complete the required fields. Continue with Borica B-trust, follow the B-Trust authentication and signing approval presented for the transaction, then complete the workflow in Nota Sign.

Help with B-Trust Mobile

Use the official B-Trust Mobile information for activation guidance and help with the app or cloud certificate. Its instructions distinguish the app login password from the signing PIN, a useful distinction when resolving access or approval problems.
