D-Trust sign-me

D-Trust's sign-me is a remote electronic signature solution that enables individuals and organizations to digitally sign documents securely and conveniently from any location.

Remote digital signatures from D-Trust

D-Trust's sign-me service is designed for electronic approvals in established document workflows. It combines a verified signing identity, cryptographic keys and two-factor authentication, allowing a person to authorise a digital signature using a browser and mobile device. D-Trust offers both a standalone signing portal and an integration route for organisations that already have their own document application.

The Nota Sign integration uses the latter model: you review and complete the document in Nota Sign, with sign-me supplying the remote signature. There is no separate document-upload step in the standalone sign-me portal for this journey.

Advanced and qualified electronic signatures

Nota Sign supports sign-me advanced electronic signatures (AES) and qualified electronic signatures (QES). These are distinct levels in the eIDAS framework, so the selected signing method matters; the sign-me brand alone does not make every electronic approval a QES.

D-Trust also offers organisational sealing products. Those are separate from the personal sign-me signature described here and are not a prerequisite for this signing method.

Complete sign-me signing in Nota Sign

Have access to the identity and authentication method required for your sign-me request. D-Trust's identification procedure establishes the identity before the remote signature can be authorised.

  1. Review the document in Nota Sign and complete its required fields.
  2. Continue with D-Trust sign-me and complete the requested identification or sign-in step.
  3. Authorise the signature using the authentication method presented for the transaction.
  4. Return to the Nota Sign document workflow once signing is approved.

The official sign-me overview explains D-Trust's remote-signature service and the distinction between integrated workflows and its separate signing portal.
