Digi-Sign iD-One personal digital certificates

Digi-Sign's iD-One is a personal digital-signature certificate provided by Tradelink in Hong Kong. It represents the individual who approves a document, unlike an enterprise certificate used to identify an organisation. Nota Sign connects this personal credential with the recipient's document-signing journey.

The first-use application establishes the signing identity. Subsequent signing still requires authorization: holding a certificate and approving a particular document are not the same event.

Register an iD-One identity

Open the Nota Sign request, review the document, complete the required fields and continue to the CA selection. If a certificate application is needed, follow the iD-One application journey.

Nota Sign's guide describes installing Tradelink Sign, activating the app with the provided activation code and completing identity verification with a physical passport. After submitting the application, confirm the verification email sent to the registered mailbox. The completion link returns you to the signing page.

Authorize the signature in Nota Sign

A recipient with an existing certificate continues to the signing-authorization step. Nota Sign's documented flow includes CA email-code verification to confirm the signing action.

A workspace can additionally enable digital-signature identity verification for recipients who already hold a certificate. When that setting applies, the recipient completes the extra identity check before CA email verification. It is not a mandatory second registration for every signer: new applicants use the certificate-application flow.

The sender can also restrict which CA is available for the recipient. Review the provider shown for your request, then follow its authorization steps to complete the document.

The Nota Sign iD-One guide provides the full process. Enterprise-seal use follows a separate credential workflow.
