One Czech identity for online services
Operated by CZ.NIC, the Czech domain registry, mojeID lets people use an established online identity across public and private services. Account holders manage their identity details in one place, helping them avoid maintaining the same information separately with every participating service.
That identity role is relevant to document signing: it helps establish who is acting within a workflow. A mojeID account is still an identity credential, so using it to authenticate should not be confused with receiving a signing certificate. The request must connect the identity confirmation to the document being approved.
Prepare the appropriate account access
The official mojeID website lists internet access, an email address and a phone as the starting requirements for registration. It also describes different account-security levels. Access to Czech public-administration services has additional identity-verification and security requirements, which should not be assumed to apply identically to every private service.
Before signing, have your own mojeID account ready for the access requested by the workflow. Registration and account preparation are separate from approving the document. The official mojeID website provides current account and identity-service information.
Use mojeID in Nota Sign
