Certum's mobile qualified signature
SimplySign provides a cloud-based qualified electronic signature from Certum, a Polish certification authority. It supports digital signatures on smartphones, tablets and computers, using a remote signing credential. The service is intended for personal and business document approvals, including contracts and correspondence with public authorities.
Certum describes SimplySign as a qualified electronic signature under the EU eIDAS framework. The qualified certificate is part of the signing service; using a phone is the way you access and authorize that service. In a Nota Sign request, SimplySign supplies the qualified signing capability for the document workflow.
Prepare the certificate and mobile device
Make sure your SimplySign signing credential is ready and that you can use the associated mobile service. Certum distinguishes signing on a smartphone or tablet from its computer setup, which uses a PC or Mac together with a mobile device to generate authorization tokens. Keep the mobile device available when preparing to sign from your computer.
Use the official SimplySign page for Certum's application downloads, certificate information and support options. Follow the preparation guidance for your device and credential. Having access to the certificate enables you to respond when the document-signing journey requests authorization.
Authorize SimplySign signing in Nota Sign
Review the document in Nota Sign and supply the required information. Continue with the SimplySign method configured for the request. Complete the authentication and signature authorization presented by the service, using your prepared credential and mobile device as requested.
Finish the document request in Nota Sign and check the completed result. Your authorization is for the document you reviewed; the remote certificate supplies the cryptographic signature. This keeps the mobile approval and the document workflow connected without requiring a separate document submission to Certum's own signing application.
