Prepare the identity checks for signing
Have access to your SwissID account and be ready to complete the identity-verification steps required by the signing service. The documented SwissID process includes verification through the SwissID App, with biometric checks used in the wider identity process. Follow the checks presented for your signing identity.

Approve your document in Nota Sign
Nota Sign supports advanced electronic signing with SwissID. Start with the document, review the agreement and complete the required signing fields. Proceed with SwissID, complete the identity interaction and signature authorization requested for that document, then finish the signing workflow in Nota Sign.
The SwissID interaction supplies the identity and signing steps while the agreement remains part of the Nota Sign workflow. SwissID's wider signing services are described under the Swiss ZertES framework. A Swiss qualified-signature description should not be read as a promise that this method creates an EU qualified electronic signature. For a document with a specific qualified-signature requirement, establish the required jurisdiction and method with its sender.
