Trans Sped's certificate-based signing services

Trans Sped develops digital trust services around electronic certificates and document workflows. Its portfolio includes qualified electronic signatures, time-stamping, remote identification and long-term preservation of signed records. Its published product information also distinguishes personal signing certificates from certificates used for organisational electronic seals.

For a person approving a document, the signing certificate is the part that connects an identity with a cryptographic signature. Time-stamping and preserving a signed record serve different purposes. They should not be confused with the act of authorising the signature itself.

Qualified signing and cloud integration

Nota Sign supports the Trans Sped qualified electronic signature method. Trans Sped's official information describes qualified certificates within the eIDAS trust-services framework and cloud-signature APIs that can be integrated into other document applications.

That integration model allows the document journey to remain in Nota Sign while the provider supplies the certificate-based signing capability. Trans Sped's separate document-management, archiving and sealing products are part of its wider portfolio; this page does not add those products to the selected CA signing method.

Complete a Trans Sped signature in Nota Sign

Have access to the signing identity and authorization method required for your Trans Sped transaction. If identity verification or certificate preparation is requested, complete that step before approving the signature.

  1. Open the Nota Sign signing request and review the document.
  2. Complete the required fields and continue with Trans Sped.
  3. Complete the identity or credential checks presented and authorize the requested signature.
  4. Return to the Nota Sign workflow to complete the document approval.

The official Trans Sped website explains its certificate products and cloud-signing services. Use its product guidance for credential-management questions; a certificate's permitted use should not be inferred from another Trans Sped product.
