Digital certificates from ZXCA

ZXCA, also known as 豸信CA, provides electronic certification and digital-identity services in mainland China. Its official portfolio includes personal and organisational certificates, certificate lifecycle management and electronic signing services built on public-key infrastructure.

A personal certificate identifies the individual using it for electronic signing. An organisational certificate serves a different identity role and should not be treated as another name for the individual's credential. Nota Sign supports ZXCA digital signatures and electronic seals, with the appropriate credential used for each document workflow.

Apply for a personal certificate in Nota Sign

Nota Sign's personal-signature guide describes certificate application as part of the first-use journey. After entering the signing request and completing the required document fields, select ZXCA. If a certificate is needed, continue to the application step.

Provide the requested mobile number or email address and verify it using the one-time code. Complete the personal information and the identity-verification method presented in the application. The certificate application establishes the signing identity; it does not by itself approve every later document.

Confirm the intent to sign

The signing step uses the registered email address or phone number for authentication. Enter the requested verification code to confirm the document-signing action. Once that verification succeeds, the digital signature completes in the Nota Sign workflow.

Recipients can begin from an email link or their inbox, so the document remains part of the same signing journey. The certificate and verification steps support that journey rather than requiring a separate document upload to the CA's website.

Use the Nota Sign ZXCA personal-signature guide for the documented process. The official ZXCA website covers certificate applications, management and verification services.
